NanoBITES captures those small but important morsels of gaming information that otherwise might slip between the cracks.

ITEM! We finally have a release date for Raskulls. The colourful puzzle platformer from Australia’s Halfbrick Studios will hit the Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday 29 December 2010. If it was any later, we’d feel pretty silly for mentioning it in our Games of 2010 preview earlier this year.

ITEM! The Agency has been delayed. Sony’s John Smedley told Kotaku that the spy themed MMO will ship in the second half of 2011. The game has now been in development for at least three years, which to be fair, actually isn’t all that long in MMO terms.

ITEM! The first wave of paid DLC is on the way for well received EA racer Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. As revealed by Gamerzines, the Super Sports Pack will include six new cars and 12 new challenges.

ITEM! After crafting a pair of survival horror games, popular DS developer Renegade Kid is preparing to shift gears. As reported by Destructoid, their next release will be arcade racer ATV Wild Ride. We certainly didn’t see that one coming.

ITEM! Long awaited sci-fi MMO Jumpgate: Evolution is the subject of a legal dispute. According to a report published on Massively, US developer NetDevil and its parent Gazillion are being sued by the game’s European publisher, Codemasters, for allegedly failing to deliver the game in a timely fashion.
