ITEM! Annoyed that major titles like Crysis 3 and DMC have been skipping the Wii U? That won’t be a concern with Watch Dogs. Ubisoft has confirmed that its high tech original IP will indeed be coming to Nintendo’s HD console.

ITEM! Once restricted to the PC scene, the free-to-play phenomenon is bleeding into the console space. Naughty Dog has confirmed that the multiplayer component of its PS3 exclusive Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is now free-to-play.

ITEM! More than 18 months after a BioShock title was announced for the Vita, the project remains in development hell. Irrational Games visionary Ken Levine has informed IGN that publisher 2K Games is yet to commit to funding the game.

ITEM! Capcom has announced the release date for Remember Me. The promising sci-fi action game from developer DONTNOD will arrive on 360, PS3 and PC on Thursday 6th June, just a few short months before the next generation of consoles kicks off.

ITEM! The indie team responsible for the recent Hell Yeah: Wrath of the Dead Rabbit is disbanding. As reported by Game Informer, Arkedo will nevertheless press ahead with the release of two (already completed) titles.

ITEM! Moonshot Games has pulled the plug on its promising 2D sci-fi adventure Fallen Frontier. The developer has offered no explanation for the cancellation, preferring instead to focus on its next project, an iOS title known as Third Eye Crime.

ITEM! Australians will finally have the chance to play Deadly Premonition courtesy of local distributor All Interactive Entertainment. The PS3 exclusive director’s cut of Hidetaka Suehiro’s cult horror game is set to arrive on our shores in April.

ITEM! Sony and SuperBot Entertainment have parted ways. As reported by Kotaku, the team responsible for PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale won’t be handling future DLC for the game and may soon have to reduce its workforce.

ITEM! One time 3DS exclusive Resident Evil: Revelations is about to be exposed to a broader audience. Capcom has confirmed that an HD version of the game is in the works for 360, PS3, Wii U and PC. Look for it in May.

ITEM! Two months after delivering its second Epic Mickey title, Warren Spector’s latest venture has gone the way of the dinosaur. As reported by Kotaku, Disney Interactive this week confirmed that it is winding up its Junction Point subsidiary.

ITEM! European publishing giant Wargaming has gobbled up Day 1 Studios. The new developer will be known as WargamingWest and the fate of its existing Reign of Thunder project is not yet clear.

ITEM! Nintendo 3DS owners starved for new software will welcome the news that Project X Zone will be coming to Australia in winter. This colourful RPG features characters from Capcom, SEGA and Namco Bandai franchises.

ITEM! The current owner of the Atari brand in the United States has filed for bankruptcy. As a result, a number of classics may soon be up for grabs, including Pong, Asteroids and Missile Command, as well the company’s famous logo.

ITEM! If you’re looking for an excuse to revisit Assassin’s Creed III, you’ll want to check out The Tyranny of King Washington, a three part DLC storyline in which America’s first leader refuses to relinquish the reins of power. The hijinks begin on 19th February.
